We are constantly adding and updating the amenities of our home to ensure that our guests have the best experience possible. 

• EV Charging Station – New for 2024 – Get your charge on with a 220v EV charging station for your convenience.
• Heated / Cooled Private Pool - We have upgraded our pool heater to ensure we can get the perfect temperature for you and your family. 
• Outdoor Kitchen –  Not to be outdone by the indoor gourmet kitchen, we upgraded our outdoor      kitchen with a custom built-in natural gas grill and side burners for all  your cooking desires. 
• Pizza Oven –  We didn’t stop there. We just installed a new natural gas pizza oven and  all the tools you need to make fantastic pizzas by the pool. 
• Outdoor Fire Pit –  What would set off those evenings any better than sitting around the      natural gas fire pit making smores? 
• Outdoor TV –   Watch the game on the 65” outdoor TV while enjoying everything the backyard offers.
• Gourmet Kitchen –  Our entire family loves cooking, so we have equipped the house with all      the goodies needed to make amazing meals.
• Commercial Ice Maker – Never run out of ice again! Heck, fill up your cooler on the way out to the beach. 
• Golf Cart – Getting around town and along the beaches is the only way to travel in PA. Do it in style with the included 6-seater golf cart.
• Palm Trees Galore – Over 30 palm trees adorn the property, creating a unique island  experience. 
• Gift Bags –  All our guests get a gift bag as a thank you from our family to yours. Enjoy everything needed to start your first pizza dough and some fun and  practical things we think will make your visit more memorable.
